Mailroom Reports

IntelliTrack includes useful mailroom reports that will help you in your day-to-day operations.

The standard mailroom reports found in the application are listed in the table below.

Mailroom Report Description Filter By
Delivered Packages This report shows the receive date, deliver date, carrier, method, package type and damage for each delivered package. Recipient
Package Proof of Delivery This report shows proof of delivery for a delivered package. The following information is included in the report: recipient, tracking number, receive date, delivery date, and signature for each delivered package. Tracking Number, Recipient
Received Packages This report shows the receive date, carrier, method, package type, and damage for each received package. Site, Location, Recipient
Undelivered Packages This report shows the receive date, package status, carrier, method, package type, damage for each received or lost package. Site, Location, Recipient

How to Load a Mailroom Report

For more information about viewing a mailroom report onscreen, please refer to the steps that follow.

  1. Select Reports > View/Print Reports from the navigation pane.
  2. The View Reports page appears.
  3. Report Type field: click the dropdown arrow and select Mailroom from the list that appears.
  4. Report Name field: click the dropdown arrow and select the report from the list that appears:
    1. Delivered Packages
      1. You may filter this report by Recipient.
    2. Package Proof of Delivery
      1. You may filter this report by Tracking Number or Recipient.
    3. Received Packages
      1. You may filter this report by Site, Location, and Recipient.
    4. Undelivered Packages
      1. You may filter this report by Site, Location, and Recipient.
  5. Press Submit. The report loads onscreen. (If the report does not contain any data, a message appears to notify you; in this case the report does not load onscreen.)
